Bee&Co Canada Inc provides medical spa services, including but not limited to skincare treatments, injectables, laser treatments, and wellness services. All treatments are performed by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.


3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Our services are for aesthetic and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and disclosing any allergies, medications, or conditions that may affect treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.


4. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

4.1 Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.

4.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or a cancellation fee.

4.3 Refund Policy

All service sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. Product returns may be accepted within 14 days if unopened and unused, subject to a restocking fee.


5. PAYMENT & BILLING

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods. All payments must be completed at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide truthful and complete medical information before undergoing treatment. Clients must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions. Any concerns or adverse reactions should be reported to our staff immediately.


7. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable laws regarding the protection of personal information.By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


8. LIABILITY WAIVER

By receiving services, clients acknowledge the potential risks involved and agree to hold Bee&Co Canada Inc and its staff harmless for any adverse reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction with services rendered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
